We now have the capacity to provide more focused technical assistance with electronically submitting adult immunization data to the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR). This will allow EHR-enabled practices to streamline reporting processes, improve population health and meet the immunization data submission measure for meaningful use. Wisconsin is one of two states selected for this special project, and best practices and lessons learned will be shared with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and other providers across the nation. There is no cost to you for this additional assistance.
